Rather than fill our time capsule with objects from the present that will simply seem dated in fifty years, we thought we’d have this region’s amazing brain trust predict what the future of science might hold (it's the crystal ball of time capsules!).

Please contribute your ideas to what advances in conservation, medicine, engineering, materials science, technology etc. might offer future generations. Before opening next year, we’ll have a panel of inventors and innovators select the most forward-thinking and hope-filled concepts to be sealed inside the capsule during our grand opening. We appreciate your taking the time to put on your thinking caps. After all, this is what it’s all about—moving science, technology, engineering and math forward for the good of our region, nation and world.
